Tofu scramble with chorizo-style spice, spicy black beans, and a baked sweet potato. Served with a corn tortilla quesadilla, salsa, and avocado.

Creamy nutmeg potatoes with a red wine gravy, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, peas, and mushrooms from Two Lucky Dogs Farm.

Spanakopita

Dill Pickle Chik’n Salad (GF)
Housemade chik’n salad on kale, lettuce, cauliflower, and cabbage with pickles, tomatoes, and radishes. Topped with toasted breadcrumbs and ranch.

Spring Minestrone (GF)
I’m going to loosely define this as a spring minestrone. Raised around Italians I know it’s not minestrone unless your spoon can stand up in it—and this is definitely not that kind of soup. It’s also not the tomato, bean, and pasta soup that’s usually associated with minestrone, but so fresh you’ll forgive me.

Ingredients: Onion, garlic, zucchini, sea salt, pepper, cayenne, white beans, asparagus, peas, spinach, basil, olive oil, lemon.

Cajun Veggies over Chive Grits (GF)
Cajun seasoned grilled veggies set atop chive-speckled South Carolina grits with a Parmesan bell pepper cream sauce.

Shaved Snap Pea Salad (GFO)
Shaved snap peas tossed in a minted dressing with sweet dates and toasted pistachios.

Weekly Charcuterie (GFO) $13
We’ve heard you and will be offering a weekly personal sized noshing box. This adorable box will have a wide variety of veggies, nuts and fruits, vegan cheese and protein along with a sweet treat to make it complete. Crackers will be offered on the side to make more room for the goods. Please note allergies in comments when ordering.
