Italian Dipping Beans (GFO)
One of my favorite style dinners to dig into. Fresh and fire-roasted tomatoes swirled with beans, Italian sausage, eggplant, peppers and onions. This all topped with a dollop of almond ricotta, basil pesto and parm. Served with slices of bread on the side (hint: I like to toast them in a lightly oiled skillet so the hold up to dipping)
