Wow, it’s been awhile since these were offered and I’m sorry to all of you who loved this dish and had to wait! A spicy sauce of tamari, sriracha, chili paste tossed with farm fresh veggies and rice noodles. Nice and FIERY on the palate!

Butternut Squash Mushroom Tacos with Chimichurri (GF option)
Chunks of butternut squash and local mushrooms topped with an herb packed chimchurri sauce and microgreens.

Vegan Cobb Salad (GF)
A bed of lettuce, kale and spinach topped with roasted chickpeas, corn, mushroom bakon, avocados, toasted pepitas, cucumbers, tomatoes and creamy housemade ranch dressing.
